PHOENIX = Producing Mortgage Branch Manager position

My client has unique loan programs that MOST lenders do not have, including 1x close construction loans.  This client is a leading Mortgage Bank and gets loans closed with no hassle.

One of my clients is looking for a producing branch manager here in the Phoenix market.  They have inked a mutual referral agreement with a MAJOR retailer here in the market.  This is one of the largest mortgage bankers in the country who is in the final stage of acquiring an FDIC, Federally Chartered Bank … all they are waiting on is the final OK from the FDIC, which they should have any day now.

                I have a client who asked me to find a licensed AZ Realtor with a Broker license who is interested in being the Designated Broker for them.  They currently have 5 realtors and want to grow.  The Designated Broker they have now is incapable of bringing on more realtors.  Out of 25 who had been interested in joining the Biltmore area office, after talking with the current Designated Broker, only ONE joined the office.
