EVERY company’s sales department trains their salesmen (and women) to present their products ONE WAY … the same old way. Mediocrity is not the answer to leadership and leading the way. Bigger is not always better = Especially in the Mortgage Industry ~ Let’s talk

In my 25 years associated with the Mortgage Lending Industry (8 as a Sr. LO and 17 as a National Recruiter) I know the inside from the bottom up. I assure you that “bigger is NOT better”. Most of the biggest lenders have asked me several times to recruit for them, but, I want those I work with and place to be happy once they are placed and I want them to stay after placement.

 

Let’s talk about where you are and what your goals are. I may have a much better lender for you to work with. One where you can make the most money and get the most referrals from Realtors and borrowers. Those factors that keep you alive in the industry and help you grow your income.

While in the military in the Washington, D.C. area the Secret Service for President George H. W. Bush covertly approached Rick Tresnak and introduced themselves by their names and added “with the Federal Government” and they sent him on some “missions” to gather information on various government entities for them.  They were actually just keeping him busy while they did a deep background check on him back to kindergarten. 

 

            Once they finished with their background check on Rick they told him they were part of the Presidential Secret Service Team and they told him he had been vetted and selected to be a Paramedic on the President’s Medical Team out of Walter Reed Hospital, for nearly 4 years.  That started his career.

 

            Rick is still a paramedic in Iowa, owned an ambulance company in Iowa where he served as an EMT.  He owns Innovative Rescue Solutions, a franchised company selling about 500,000 different items for first responders.  He speaks in front of hospitals, First responders, universities and many other varied organizations.
