REALISTIC path to retire in 5 years with $5 mil in your bank – Sales to 1st Responders

I do not deal in pipe dreams.  

            “Franchise” opportunity in MANY U.S. markets …. The person in the Chicago area who joined recently had a sale immediately that earned him $3,000 and he has a presentation later the following week to a Fire Department in his “Franchise” territory that will net him roughly $33,000.

IA, IL, OH and SC are taken, with AZ being looked at closely by someone who said he wants AZ and CO.  ONLY those who want to work their “Franchise” and build it so they can retire comfortably in 3 – 5 years will fit for this opportunity.

 

            Let’s talk for a few minutes.   Keep in mind that the CEO/Owner has 60,000 items in his portfolio — the problem with posting all of them is that the manufacturers make changes in pricing and products that makes it pretty much impossible to keep current on.  A quick phone call by a rep to the company will get the info for them they need … pricing and product info, if necessary. 

 

            The “Franchisee” should make at least $250k on what they sell and the 1099 people they hire should make $50k – $150k,. depending on how motivated they are … they are typically paid 1/3 of the commission the “Franchisee” is paid, so the “Franchisee” earns 1/3 and the balance 1/3 is suggested to be set aside to pay taxes when due.  All States should have several 1099 sales people.  If the “Franchisee” hires 5 or 6 1099 reps, at the minimum income level of $50k, that gives the “Franchisee” an additional $250k – $300k over and above what they make on what they sell.  All territories should come close to those numbers, too.

 

            Pricing on 98% of the 60,000 products is typically 30% – 35% lower than the competition on identical products … and the 1st responders NEED to save money on what they buy.

For one of my clients I am looking for entrepreneurial types who want to realistically position themselves to be able to retire comfortably in 3 – 5 years. At this stage, most markets are open, but AZ, WA, ID, IA, IL and OH are filled. There are, however, 1099 sales positions in those States, so anyone you know who might want to learn more can contact me.

For the persons buying the VERY affordable Satellite Locations (“Franchises”) if they work the States and hire good 1099 reps (which I can help them do), they will see realistic earnings in excess of $250,000. My client’s market is primarily First Responders = Police, Fire, Paramedics, etc. = but there are many other excellent target markets, as well. A good 1099 salesperson should easily be able to earn $100,000 per year and more if they are making the sales calls and working the area they choose. This certainly equally benefits the “Franchise” owner, too.

 

With 60,000 items used regularly by First Responders at prices $30% – 35% less than they are currently paying for the same items, why would any want to buy from someone else?  These include everything from band-aids to fire engines (yes, fire engines) and 98% are priced at less than the departments are currently paying.

 

The goal of the owner of the parent company wants to unite a team of Satellite Location Owners who will grow their exclusive territories (State or multi-States) to the point that they are positioned to sell in 3-5 years. There is a company that has tried to buy my client out over the past few years, but my client wanted to better position the company (which will include each and every Satellite Location owner) to draw a much better buy-out figure. My client sees the buy-out figure giving each owner several $ million $. He will discuss that with any and all interested parties.

Is this the right time for you to have a seat on a Community Bank Board?

               Ernie Garfield has successfully started, from the ground up, roughly 35 community banks in the Western U.S. He is putting together a Bank in the Phoenix, AZ market and is looking for 12 total Board of Directors for this bank. Ernie brings in the Board of Directors first, to decide the direction of the bank (as far as ideally who they want to be lending to). Once the Board is in place, then they look for a President to follow the direction decided by the Board.

The time requirement is, per the FDIC, Board Members must “attend” at least 70% of the monthly Board Meetings. This can be in person, Skype of phone. There are always panels the members may want to be on, that fall in line with their interests as far as the kind of lending they decide on for their Bank. ALL Board Members are owners in the Bank and help guide the direction the bank takes to the benefit of all Board Members.

The investment is minimal, with an up-front deposit, then, once the Board is in place, there will be small quarterly investments over the first two years. An active Bank can grow over 5 – 10 years to a sizable figure that will, if sold, give the Board Members a very sizable profit … that will be in addition to the Quarterly bonuses they are paid on profits in the Bank.
