Jason Schechterle ~ age 45 ~ served in the military and then served on the Police Department for the City of Phoenix, AZ. After surviving a near-fatal accident being trapped in his cruiser being hit from behind at 105 MPH while he was stopped at a traffic light, he has dedicated his life to speaking to businesses and organizations about positive motivation. His message is WELL WORTH having him speak to your group, company or organization.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Retired (Maricopa County, AZ) ~ in his 80’s ~ served as Sheriff of the largest County in the country for 23 years. His positive, upbeat speeches inspire and motivate everyone in the audience. His speeches are tailored to his audience and the audiences love him.

I am helping this former Phoenix Police Officer, Jason Schechterle, get speakikng engagements as his agent. He was a Phoenix, AZ police officer several years ago he was sitting in his patrol car at a RED traffic light when a drunk taxi driver rear-ended his patrol car at an exceedingly high rate of speed. The impact was so great that the gas tank erupted and the patrol car was engulfed in flames and Officer Schectherle was unable to open the door.

Before too long help arrived and extricated him from the flaming vehicle. After a very long rehabilitation Jason had to take an early retirement, but is now speaking on what happened that day and on his extremely positive outlook on life and helping others move their lives forward in a positive manner.

Jason will inspire everyone in the audience and his speeches are geared to his audience. He recently spoke to 200 top executives at Raytheon, in Tucson, AZ and, at the end, received a standing ovation from all. The other 2 speakers were Colin Powell and Martina Navratilova, and it is Jason who inspired the standing ovation.

To lead the competition in sales you can not be a sheep

EVERY company’s sales department trains their salesmen (and women) to present their products ONE WAY … the same old way. Mediocrity is not the answer to leadership and leading the way. Bigger is not always better = Especially in the Mortgage Industry ~ Let’s talk

In my 25 years associated with the Mortgage Lending Industry (8 as a Sr. LO and 17 as a National Recruiter) I know the inside from the bottom up. I assure you that “bigger is NOT better”. Most of the biggest lenders have asked me several times to recruit for them, but, I want those I work with and place to be happy once they are placed and I want them to stay after placement.

 

Let’s talk about where you are and what your goals are. I may have a much better lender for you to work with. One where you can make the most money and get the most referrals from Realtors and borrowers. Those factors that keep you alive in the industry and help you grow your income.
