I have personally known for 20+ years and have placed in the Mortgage Industry in the past.  This candidate is motivated and driven to deliver the very best quality and service to the company he is working for.  The company he was with most recently, for the past 7 years just went through a major staff reduction, causing him to come to me to help him find the position to carry him through retirement in 7 – 10 years.  You may know who I should talk with who may need what he brings to the table.  His compensation range is in the $120k range, but he is open to negotiation ………

VP, Implementation & Customer Support for a lending software development company specializing in the marketing and sales of full service loan mortgage processing (LOS) software.  Instituted processes, procedures, and marketing support which led to improved customer satisfaction

 

 

Senior Manager for Projects and Software Development for financial information processing software including Loan Origination Software (LOS) which shortened the implementation of software changes by 20% and streamlined development processes.

 

VP, Operations Project Manager and Consultant that that led, tested, and delivered critical solutions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to various business units in order to meet the Company’s needs.

 

Key Achievements:

 

  • Payments Due Clarity Project – Supervised the implementation of customer facing applications to improve the accuracy and clarity of payments due for all Bank customer loans.

 

  • Breach and Compliance Letters – Project Manager for the Requirements, UAT Testing, and Implementation of Breach and Compliance letters for all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories.

 

  • Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA) – Project Manager for implementing and updating SCRA to ensure that Bank of America allowed those eligible Servicemembers to devote full attention to their mission by easing some of their financial obligations and, in some cases, provides additional protections including suspension of debt payments while on active duty.

 

  • Bankruptcy End to End Enterprise Platform/Portal – Consumer Card – Created a single site for updating the System of Record (SOR) for Consumer Credit cards for customers going through bankruptcy.

 

Bankruptcy End to End Enterprise Bankruptcy Platform/Portal – Consumer Card – Project Manager for UAT testing and implementation for updating the System of Record (SOR) for all Consumer Credit Cards

 

  • Wilshire Financial Group ((Portland, OR) – 3/2007 – 3/2008
    • Project Manager for the testing and implementation of LandAmerica, a title insurance group, to integrate their operating system with Wilshire Financial Group’s mortgage servicing system for Its products which facilitated the purchase, sale, transfer, and financing of residential real estate.  This ERP project was previously over-budget and six months past due on development; implemented budget review processes and subsequent controls that put the project back on an approved schedule; and defined, implemented, and managed project goals and milestones.

 

  • Merrill Lynch (Pittsburgh, PA) – 1/2007 – 3/2007
    • Managed and successful completion of the transition of National City Bank’s loan servicing company, working with vendors to deploy multiple systems components, infrastructure, information systems, ERP applications, networking, telecommunications systems, internet technologies, including software licenses and hardware components, to Merrill Lynch ownership.  Managed the process with a lean transition team, kept the project $1.2 million under budget, and completed it one week early.

MORTGAGE LENDERS ~ Managers & LO’s ~ I place the BEST with the BEST

Not all mortgage lenders are “the best”.   With 20+ years in the industry ~ as an LO now as a National Recruiter, I help those in the Mortgage Industry find the best companies for them to align with for their brightest and best future.  In my nearly 17 years of recruiting I have never had a mortgage lender unhappy with any of my placements with them.  AND, never have I had a placement unhappy with the lender to whom I had presented them and placed them.

 

ALL of my placements have been long-term with everyone being happy with their new home and with their new employee.  What do you look for from a recruiter (in-house or external recruiter)?

 

After several years dealing with borrowers and Realtors I migrated to recruiting nationally for the mortgage industry.  Within a short period of time I was recruiting for more than 125 National Mortgage Lenders and placing 5 – 10 branches, LO’s, processors, underwriters and others with the best lenders for them all across the country.

 

The key to my success and the success of those I place is that I put everything on the table … the good, the bad and the ugly.  NEVER have I had a placement come back to me and say “you didn’t tell me that”.  I don’t like “surprises” and I know candidates like them even less.

5% Placement Fee ~ National Executive Recruiter since January, 2000

MANY companies have pulled away from using Recruiters because they don’t get their money’s worth with those recruiter’s fees of 20% – 30% of the first year’s total compensation package. The savvy companies find me and Chandler Search.

 

My fees are “contingency” fees … meaning, if I don’t find for you the candidate you want to hire, you have no fee to to pay to me. If I do find the person who fits what you are looking for and you hire them, my fee is only 5% of the first year’s BASE salary … with the exception of Sales Reps and Sales or Branch Managers … and those fees are equally as reasonable.

Chandler Search is a contingency recruiting firm. Fees for our services are earned only if a candidate referred by Chandler Search or any person referred by our candidate is hired directly or indirectly for a position you’re (Your Company). A candidate referral will be valid for one year from the date of incidence and includes anyone referred to you by someone we refer to you. Our fee to you is only 5% of the first year’s base salary earnings of any of our placed candidates or their referrals with the exception of Loan Officers/Salesmen, which will be $3,000 per placed candidate and $5,000 for Branch Managers per placed candidate, which will include all current LO’s and Sales Team/Office Team in that branch.. It is the responsibility of (Your Company) to notify Chandler Search within 48 hours when any of our candidates are hired. 

Our invoice is due and payable upon receipt and will be mailed or e-mailed upon start date of the candidate. If payment is received by Chandler Search within 14 calendar days of invoice date/start date of candidate, Chandler Search will extend to (Your Company) a 90 (ninety) calendar day guarantee to a one-time replacement of the person we have referred to your company at no additional charge. This guarantee is based upon the person ending his or her employment, for any reason, with the exception of a staff cutback or layoff, within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of employment. 

A finance charge of 2.0% per month (24% per year) will be charged on balances over 21 calendar days due. The client shall pay all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred by Chandler Search in enforcing this agreement, if necessary, and any litigation, filings and/or proceedings will take place in Maricopa County, AZ.

Your signature and dating of this letter constitutes your agreement to its provisions.
