Director/Investor in a Community Bank ~ I have posted a lot of information in the past

21 Mar

Now also look at information about Patriot Financial Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in community banks throughout the United States. Their portfolio consists of more than 1,000 public and privately-held depository institutions that have between $500 million and $5 billion of assets.

Are you ready to be a Director/Investor in a Community Bank – or would you like more information?

And so you don’t forget – there is Peter Lynch and his famous Magellan Fund. He owned stock in almost every small bank and thrift in the country. He had money on deposit at most of the mutual savings banks so he could participate in their conversion to a stockholder owned bank.

This is why the author says. “All of these are good for those investors who buy small banks now, and this is the reason why small banks can be referred to as the trade of the decade.”

Also remember Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Joshua Siegel of StoneCastle Partners, our associate in EB-5 Community Bank Recapitalization Initiative. He has brought nearly $40 billion of capital to over 1,600 banks across America over the past ten years. Today, StoneCastle Partners is one of the largest investment firms dedicated to investing in the banking sector.

I personally believe our EB-5 program can recapitalize 3,000 community banks in a 7 to 8 year period for approximately $18 billion.

Keep in mind that these articles only address value from the perspective of an investor not from that of a member of a board of directors. Attached is my simplistic approach on Return on Investment Potential for directors.
