Only a couple of Community Bank Director/Investor seats – is your career ready?

25 Feb

Someone you know might be very interested in this.  Not only added prestige in being a Bank Director/Investor, but this also opens up a tremendous super highway for more business for your growing career.  The only FDIC requirement is attending at least 75% of the Board meetings – in person … Conference Call … Skype.   Of course, the FDIC may have some added requirements from time-to-time.  And, serving on committees will allow you to help take the bank in the most successful direction to everyone’s benefit.

You need not live in Arizona, but how nice it would be to take a “business” trip here often to check on your Bank.

Only 12  Director/Investors will be most welcomed to join the board of Gainey Business Bank (Proposed) or one of 2 other proposed banks in the Valley.

Ernie Garfield, my long-time friend, has helped start 31 very successful banks and 9 bank holding companies. Over the years, his consulting team has assembled more than 400 directors, over 1,000 advisory board members and about 7,000 investors of bank stock – about 4,500 in Arizona.  Most are qualified investors.

I have been helping Ernie look for people to join bank boards that are centers of influence; have reached a point in their lives where they want to make a difference in the lives of others; and have a passion to learn about banking. You have already achieved that level of success and would be of great value to a new board.

Ernie assembles a powerhouse group of 12 top business and community leaders to serve as directors.

Investment in the bank is minimal, so Ernie makes it easy to get involved.  He uses this approach because after we reach a certain stage in life; we get approached repeatedly to join one venture or the other.
