Branch Managers and LO’s – did you know there is something better for you?

22 Feb

Mortgage companies tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you originating for them.  Then, when reality sets in, it is too late to make a move without giving the impression of “job-hopping”.

In my 15+ years of recruiting for more than 100 of the largest Mortgage Lenders (including some banks) I know the promises made and the promises not kept.  In my 10 years prior to that as a Sr. Mortgage LO I know the reasons I had left each of the offices I was with.

Before you make your next move to find the best lender for you to align your branch with or yourself with, let’s talk.  The client I am most confident in recommending is a Mortgage Bank that recently finalized the acquisition of an FDIC, Federally Chartered Bank (the perfect combination and the perfect scenario of a Mortgage Lender buying a Bank).

Aside from unparalleled service (processing and underwriting) this client has a broad loan portfolio to help you be able to look to other areas for loans besides just Realtors, pricing, compensation and corporate back-up so you will not feel abandoned.  I have recruited for this client for roughly 12 years and what they tell you, you can take to the bank as fact.
